All About APTCO
We've been in business since 1996, and on the web since 2000. In 2005 we launched our marketing ideas newsletter. We promised it would be a quick and informative monthly read, with a few ideas you can use. You get enough advertisements in your inbox, so we don't want to add to them. We'll stick to that format, but this bonus issue is admittedly “all about us”. We have more dimensions than you may know.
I'm Larry Triplett, and I've owned and operated APTCO since 1996. I've been in the printing business since 1977, originally specializing in business forms. In fact, I was accredited as a Certified Forms Consultant in 1981. A form and label system that I created was named Form of the Year in 1992 by Business Forms, Labels, and Systems magazine. In recent years as the industry has changed, APTCO has changed as well. Though I'm your point of contact, APTCO is MUCH more than just me. APTCO has over 40 independently operated sales offices, with billing and accounting operations handled by a central office. A team of customer service and accounting representatives supports my efforts. Early in 2006, we entered into a partnership agreement with another group of distributors, giving us access to a powerful computer system and greatly expanded web technologies. While aptcoweb.com has offered online ordering for a few years, our new capabilities extend into several additional product areas.
So just how broad is our product line?

One important new area is office supplies, where our membership in the Q-Power network of over 200 offices enables us to offer prices on a par with the big box retailers on the full range of office and computer supplies. We're focused on your needs. One of our services is Rapid Bill - an invoice and statement processing service. If you send hundreds of statements or invoices in a batch, we can take your data, print it on our high-speed lasers, insert it into envelopes, presort and mail, probably at less than it costs you to do the same.
